Why does my order still say Pre-transit?

At The Mismatched Patch we offer free shipping on every order, and to do so we try to ship orders in the most fiscally responsible way. For example, with smaller patch orders we ship them in a standard 5x7 envelope. Etsy uses a third-party shipping company called Pitney Bowes and with smaller letters they don't scan each envelope individually although it is still considered First-Class shipping. Therefore, sometimes tracking information wont update until after you have already received your order. We apologize for this inconvenience and have already submitted the complaint with Etsy. Can I pay for more reliable tracking infomation?

YES! If you are not happy with the standard shipping process that we use, we will gladly ship your small patch order in a Polly mailer with a package label. All you have to do is add the First-Class Package Listing to your order and we will ship it out with a more reliable tracking number rather than in a standard 5x7 envelope. Halloween season is here! If you are going to Disney during this time you can’t show up without Halloween Disney gear! This iron on embroidered patch is an easy way to create your own custom Disney outfits or accessories!

These patches are Iron on but with fabrics such as nylon we personally recommend gluing the patch. If you choose to glue on the patch to adhere the patch more permanently we recommend E-6000 industrial glue and you can purchase it from our shop:

Iron-on instructions:
1) Set your iron to medium-high/high setting.
2) Lay your garment down on a surface that is heat tolerant.
3) place patch where you would like it to be
4) Cover the patch with a white/light colored fabric such as an old t-shirt or pillow case.
5) With the iron, apply firm pressure for about 30 seconds. Please be careful not to apply direct heat to the glitter portion of patch. Let it cool off and lift the fabric that is covering the patch and check to see if the patch has started adhering. If not, cover the patch with the fabric again, and place the iron over it again and apply firm pressure for about 30 seconds, let it cool off and re-check to see if patch is adhering. The chenille may be flatter now after you put the hot iron over it, while it is still warm, you can use a brush to gently brush it for it to look full again.
6) Turn your garment inside out and then apply firm pressure to the back of the patch for about 30 seconds. You do not need to cover the garment with a piece of fabric/paper towel on this side.
7) Let it cool off and then check if the patch is fully adhered to your garment. If not, please repeat steps 4-6.
