What are your shipping options?

Standard shipping within the United States is free on orders over $35USD. Items without free shipping will display either a calculated rate or flat rate (based on the product and your location), which you will be able to see before adding the item to your cart. I offer shipping upgrades to Priority and Express shipping, but the standard shipping usually arrives in a timely fashion. Multiple items that are added to your cart may ship with different tracking numbers, but you will only be charged the multi-item shipping rate at checkout instead of individually paying full shipping for each item. Please keep an eye out for secondary tracking, as this is not a duplicate notification!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of my items, as well as printing apparel to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales on Etsy are final. If your item arrives damaged, you must contact the shop within 48hrs of delivery to discuss a solution. Thank you for your support!

My order never arrived. Can I get a refund?

Sometimes the misfortune of a carrier losing a package will occur. Although this rarely happens, I highly recommend that all purchases be upgraded to Priority Shipping starting the last week of November. In the unlikely event that your order never arrives, you may receive a full refund through Etsy's Purchase Protection plan: If your tracking is stuck "in transit", or "label created", and the standard shipping time has passed for your order, please contact us so that we can guide you through the purchase protection process. *This refund will come from Etsy. You will need to purchase a replacement item, or pay for shipping if a free replacement is offered.
