What shipping service do you use?

Currently all orders will be shipped via USPS (US postal service).

I can't accept US mail deliveries- do you offer a shipping alternative?

If you have an address that cannot accept USPS deliveries, MESSAGE US and we can give you options for an alternate shipping service- the shipping cost may be different than the USPS shipping cost. We will give you instructions for paying for additional shipping cost if necessary.

What shipping speeds do you offer?

To US locations we offer three shipping speeds: ∙Standard shipping (Ground Advantage- formerly First Class) is estimated (not guaranteed) to arrive in 4-7 business days. ∙Priority shipping is estimated (not guaranteed) to arrive in 3-4 business days. ∙Priority Mail Express shipping is estimated (not guaranteed) to arrive in 1-2 business days. A tracking number is included with ALL shipping options, but may not be available to certain addresses such as DPO, APO and FPO addresses. See shipping prices and choose shipping speed in cart at checkout.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the US and US Territories, if you live outside of the US and are interested in purchasing our products, please message us for a shipping quote.

I just placed my order but I need to modify my shipping address/order what do I do?

If you need to modify your order or shipping address, or if you have questions about your order, contact us through Etsy's 'convo' message system right away, as we often ship same day. We cannot change details about an order or shipping address after the order has been marked as "shipped".

My order arrived damaged- what should I do?

If your item has been damaged during shipping, please contact us right away with photos of the damaged item and packaging and we will discuss your options.

I don't have time to ship the card to me then ship it to my friends- do you drop ship?

Yes we can drop-ship. If you would like us to send a card directly to the recipient(s) instead of to you, please let us know: 1. That you want the card drop-shipped, 2. Provide us with an accurate shipping address, 3. Give us a personal message to print INSIDE OF THE CARD. You can say whatever you like (you can use any of the text options that come with your card if applicable), but as a bare minimum we suggest giving us your name to add to the inside of the card. We just want to be sure that the recipient knows who sent the card to them, since the package will have a Venus Moon Card Shop return address on it. If someone contacts us requesting to know who sent the card we can’t tell them due to privacy policies.
