Will I receive a proof of my custom order to approve before production?

Some personalized or custom orders include a proof for your review that you will have 24 hours to approve or request corrections. Other items require a request for a proof when the order is placed. Please read the item description to determine if a proof is automatically sent.

Will I receive my order before my trip?

We understand that many of our items are ordered for special events or upcoming trips, and we always strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If your order date is close to your event, we strongly recommend purchasing our Rush Production option and selecting an expedited shipping method at checkout. While we guarantee that your order will ship within the timeframe shown when purchased, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once the package is in the hands of the carrier. Delays with USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for shipping delays. We do not offer refunds due to carrier delays; however, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier if needed.

How can I tell how big my personalized magnet or other item will be? I thought it would be bigger.

If a product is offered in one size, the dimensions will be listed in the product description and shown in the listing photos. If multiple sizes are available, you can find the dimensions in the description, photos, and within the size selection options on the listing page. While we include photos to help give a general sense of scale, images may not reflect the exact size. For the most accurate understanding, we recommend using a ruler or tape measure to visualize your selected dimensions before ordering.

My items color is not as bright as I thought it would be. I thought the items was going to be a different shade of a color.

Colors may appear differently on various screens, devices, and monitors due to differences in display settings and lighting. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your device will be an exact match to the final product. We do our best to represent colors as accurately as possible in our photos, but slight variations in shade or brightness may occur.

I made a mistake in the personalization box when placing the order and I also approved the order proof. How do I get it replaced or get a refund?

We provide proofs to help ensure all personalization details are correct before production. By approving your proof—or if no response is received within the review window—you are confirming that all details are accurate. If an item is produced exactly as approved or as submitted in your order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for personalization errors. If you need the item corrected, you are welcome to place a new order with the updated information.

My item arrived damaged or did not arrive at all. What can I do?

We insure all orders to help protect your purchase during shipping. If your item arrives damaged: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of both the damaged item and the packaging. Keep all packaging materials, as the shipping carrier may require them for inspection. In some cases, you may be asked to bring the item and packaging to your local carrier for review. Once we receive the required information, we will file a claim on your behalf. After the claim is approved, we will issue a replacement or refund. If your item is lost in transit: We will file a claim with the carrier and, once approved, provide a replacement or refund. If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package: Please co

Order Cancellations & Exceptions Policy

We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed, as production and design work may begin immediately. However, in rare cases, cancellation requests may be considered due to extenuating circumstances at our discretion. Please note that if any design time, personalization work, or proofing has already been completed, a design fee will be applied. This fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the time already spent on your order. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Font Change Requests for Existing Designs

We understand that font preferences can vary, and we’re happy to accommodate font change requests when possible. However, not all designs can support font changes. Some layouts are carefully created with specific fonts to maintain proper spacing, readability, and overall design balance. In these cases, font changes may not be available. For designs that can be adjusted, a small font change fee will apply. This covers the time required to modify and reformat the design to ensure it still looks its best. If you’re interested in a font change, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm if your request is possible.

I ordered charms and they are in the wrong order.

On any item we sell containing charms, we will try to place charms in the order requested, but we may move them around for balance or visual appeal. We do not guarantee the order in which they are placed.

I ordered an engraved tumbler and the lid or handle has broken. Can it be replaced?

If the item was damaged in shipping, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, all of our shipments are insured. If the item broke or was damaged after receiving it, we can refer you to the Manufacturer and their warranty policies and process. Unfortunately, we cannot do this for you since the manufacturer will want to ask specific questions and request images. Our Owala and Stanley products all have Limited Lifetime Warranties.
