Yes, absolutely! I love creating custom pieces and commissions for my customers. It's always exciting to bring their unique vision to life and create something special just for them. What happens if I miss a delivery or don’t pick up my package?

If your package is returned to me because it wasn’t picked up or delivery was missed, I’ll refund the item once I receive it back. Unfortunately, original shipping charges can’t be refunded, as that cost has already been paid to the carrier. Any return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship worldwide! Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Are your ceramics dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes, all my pieces are made from stoneware and fired at high temperatures, they’re dishwasher and microwave safe unless otherwise noted.

Do the colors look exactly like the photos?

I do my best to capture true colors, but since each piece is handmade and screens vary, slight differences may occur, that’s part of the charm of handmade!

Are your pieces food safe?

Yes! All glazed surfaces are food safe unless noted otherwise. I use lead-free, non-toxic glazes and fire everything to high temperatures for durability.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Feel free to message me if there’s something you missed. I will be able to make it again or let you know when it’ll be back.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

I usually ship the same day or the next business day. If there’s ever a delay (like for a custom piece), I’ll message you right away to keep you updated.
