It's width - 2 3/4 inch (7 cm). Available in any length variations. Choose yours or send me a convo with the length you want.

How to choose the right length? Your waist measurement plus the length of the 2 hanging ends plus the knot. An example. Your waist circumference is 30". If you want to wrap it once, 30" (waist) + 40-50" ( 2 hanging ends, 20-25" each) + 3" (knot) = 73-83".
If you want to wrap it twice, 60" (waist x 2) + 40-50" (ends) + 3" (knot) = 102-113".
