- Each set comes with one white mug, one two-tone, one three-tone, and one full-color mug. For sets different from this, please purchase from the single mug listings!
-Each piece is made from a speckled stoneware clay which has been fired to cone 6.
- Mugs are hand-thrown and glazed one at a time, making each one unique with slight variations in shape and design from what you see pictured.
- If purchasing multiple mugs, we do our best to match heights to create the best sets available.
- All items are made with 100% lead and cadmium free glazes, and are microwave and dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended to ensure the longevity of the pieces.

SHIPPING & EXCHANGES
- Items ship in 1-2 weeks. All items ship to the address provided by the customer. If items require to be shipped again, customer is responsible for cost of reshipment. We use UPS and USPS.
- Contact us for local pickup options if you are in the greater Denver area and are interested in picking up your mugs. We have discount coupons to save on shipping and handling fees!
- In an effort to be environmentally responsible, all of our packaging materials are recyclable. We also reuse boxes from time to time. Our sustainable shipping standards are high, and eco-friendly shipping solutions are important to us!
-All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or returns. Customer service is important to us, so please reach out to us with any issues regarding your order, and we will do our best to accommodate you. If an exchange or return is agreed upon, it must be returned in the same condition you received it, unused, within 14 days. If your return is accepted, and the item is received in its original condition, we will refund the value of the ceramics. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. In the unlikely event of damage during shipment, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, and keep all of the packaging. We'll provide further instructions and begin the process of getting a replacement piece to you as soon as possible. We do not take responsibility or offer refunds for stolen mail.
