Our current processing time for most items is 5-7 business days. This means it will take us, at most, 5-7 business days to make your item before it is shipped.



While we do our best to ship orders sooner, orders are processed in the order they are received. If you need an item rushed, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. 



Although most of our items are received on or before their expected arrival date, we cannot guarantee any of the estimated delivery dates as they are beyond our control. USPS may still be experiencing delays. Expected delivery dates are third party estimates and are not guaranteed by Wintuck Home.

Although we do not accept returns/refunds/exchanges, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to reach out to us so we can do our best to accommodate you!

If your order requires personalization details, please include the relevant information in the personalization box before placing your order. Please be sure to double check all spelling. If your order requires personalization but no details are relayed, we will reach out to you via Etsy messages. If there is no response, your order may be cancelled and refunded as we cannot complete your order without these details.
