HOW TO ORDER:

1. Choose your desired size, font and colour from the drop down menu. Please choose a size that is smaller than your sign measurements.

2. Enter the couple's names and date in the personalisation box.


MOCKUPS

Mockups are free and sent upon request (once order is placed). Please let me know in the personalisation box. Please check your messages and make sure that emails coming from ETSY are making it into your inbox to prevent missing out on your Mockup Preview. Failure to approve design will result in the design being extended for a few days and then finalised with chosen font and text provided.

We offer 5 different sizes, please check listing photos to see how sizing works. If you'd like bigger size, let us know.

You will receive 2 pieces of decals depending on the size you’ve chosen. Individual sizes are found in the “size guide” listing photo. You can cut and spread out the pieces along your sign however you want.

MATERIAL

Our decals are made with Oracal 631 self-adhesive Removable Vinyl, one of the BEST vinyls due to its durability, versatility, and ease of use. Oracal 631 vinyl has a matte finish that makes it ideal for creating non-reflective decals. It's water-resistant and can withstand normal wear and tear, but is also easily removable if you only want for an event. Once removed, our decals are not reusable. It can be applied on any flat smooth surface such as mirrors, walls, acrylic, windows, doors, finished wood and etc.


PRODUCTION / SHIPPING

Our production time is 2-5 business days from when you place your order and make payment. We use Australia Post to ship all our products. You will receive a tracking number for your order. After we DISPATCH your order, depending on the shipping option and location, these are the following ESTIMATES :

WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Standard Shipping : 3 - 8 Business Days
Express Shipping : 1 - 3  Business Days

INTERNATIONAL 
Standard Shipping : 7 - 18 Business Days
Express Shipping : 4 - 10 Business Days

*Our shop, like any major retailer, cannot guarantee these times and be held responsible for delivery failures caused by Auspost. We do not offer refunds for late deliveries so we strongly recommend upgrading your shipping to ensure timely delivery of your order. Upgrades can be found at checkout.

*Domestic Orders: Please anticipate a possible +4 days in transit before contacting us about undelivered parcels. International Orders: +7 business days. Unfortunately, due to occasional regional or customs delay we cannot guarantee these times or extend refunds for items delivered late. Please continue to wait for your item for a time that is reasonable given your location and local issues that may impact delivery (forest fires, pandemics, etc).

Once you receive the decal, please ensure to open and check that everything is correct, including spelling, before installation. We will require a photo of the received decal if there are any discrepancies. Should there be any mistakes with your order, we kindly ask that you contact us within 5 business days of arrival, and we will promptly send you a replacement.
