If your order is return to me because of the incorrect address, I will send you a message asking for the correct mailing address along with a link to purchase a new shipping label. HangingWithTheBride will not cover the charge to resend a package due to the wrong address that was submitted with the order. Refunds are only available if the product had a shop-responsible mistake and we are contacted within 2 days of delivery date.
