Canada Expedited: 2-7 business days USA Air - 5-8 business days (This option does not include a tracking number) USA Tracked - 5-13 business days (Default) International Air - 5-21 business days (Can vary significantly depending on the location of your country and your domestic shipping efficiency) The default shipping option for International Orders (other than USA) DOES NOT INCLUDE a Tracking Number. How are your Earrings Made? What Materials are Used?

Everything is designed and handmade by me! Most pieces are hand-drawn on Shrink Plastic and shrunk down, they are coloured using a special type of powdery pastel. Then, they are put together and sealed using UV Resin. Every batch of 5-15 pairs of earrings takes anywhere between 1-5 hours to make. Products with flaws are discarded, but as everything is handmade sometimes there are small variations or blemishes in the earrings that don't affect the quality/ final look of the earrings. Most of the jewelry in my shop is varnished with a resin finish. Please do not overexpose the pieces to sunlight. As well, please avoid extreme heat and sharp objects (like placing the jewelry in a bag with keys). Also, avoid harsh chemicals and oils. We also have jewelry made of bronze, alloy, 14k gold plated and more. To keep these pieces in top condition, avoid prolonged exposure to water, sweat, perfumes, or chemicals. Gently wipe with a soft cloth after use to remove any dirt or oils. Store them in a dry, cool place to prevent tarnishing.

Custom and personalised orders

I'm happy to take small changes, custom requests to existing listings, including but not limited to changing out a bead, adjusting the length, etc (upon request, if feasible). After taking these requests, the items are NOT returnable, thus NOT refundable! For custom orders regarding COMPLETELY NEW designs, I ONLY take orders of 10 in quantity or more, as designs take time and need to be adjusted for best quality! Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations

RETURNS: Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the package. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. REFUNDS: Full refunds without returns will only be provided upon proof that there is a defect in the product differing to what is shown in the listing. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations ARE allowed within 2 hrs of purchase, already packaged items may be subject to a $1.50 handling fee for changes or cancellations. Cancellations are NOT ACCEPTED after an item has been dispatched, after which the seller must return the item for a refund. *PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS! Refunds NOT provided on parcels with incorrect addresses. *Due to new tariff laws. Custom fees may not be fully refunded on US orders.

Canadian Tax Collection (HST/GST)

Due to Etsy having an inability to collect and remit taxes for small business owners in Canada. Canadian shoppers will find their taxes included in the price of the shipping. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please reach out to see what options are available as they may differ from what is displayed. Unfortunately, this collection method is only approximate. Shoppers will be charged an average tax price per item per order. My shop will subsidize the taxes for Canadian shoppers who buy 2+ in one order or who reach the free shipping threshold. Such beautiful earrings!!! I had received a pair earlier in the year and they did not disappoint , so I was excited to order some more. The earrings are super pretty, nice quality, and pretty lightweight (a nice bonus). So far I have the bamboo Dan heng ones and the Jingyuan ones and I love them both. Definitely recommend buying from here
