Upon purchase, Etsy will send you an email containing download information for the print(s).

If you cannot find the email with the download link, please check your Spam, Trash, Social, and Promotions inboxes. You may also try adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book.

Alternatively, if you have an account with Etsy, you can click on Your account (top right corner of the page), then click ‘Purchases and reviews,' and then ‘Download Files’ to the right of your order. You can also copy and paste this link: www.etsy.com/your/purchases.

Please make sure to use a computer (not the mobile app) to download your files, as Etsy does not support downloads via mobile devices.

Here are two different ways you can print your downloads, ranked in order of recommendation:

1. Upload to a professional printing service online. I like pictureframes.com, mpix.com, parabo.press (my fave), and posterjack.com. But you can also use Walgreens, CVS, Office Depot/Office Max, Staples, etc. I do NOT recommend Walmart as their file handling is sometimes wonky.
2. Use a home printer. Please note color outcome/quality may vary.

In terms of paper, I recommend using a heavyweight matte paper or card stock. For vintage-style prints, premium archival fine art paper will result in the closest authentic vintage look. If ordering online, I recommend choosing MATTE as your paper finish option.

You will receive your files sized as aspect ratios, designed to be printed at the following sizes. I don't recommend printing larger than the sizes listed here for best quality.

~2:3 Ratio
Inches: 4x6, 6x9, 8x12, 10x15, 12x18, 16x24, 20x30, 24x36
Cm: 10x15, 20x30, 30x45, 40x60, 60x90

~3:4 Ratio
Inches: 6x8, 9x12, 12x16, 15x20, 18x24, 27x36
Cm: 15x20, 30x40, 45x60, 60x80

~4:5 Ratio
Inches: 4x5, 8x10, 12x15, 16x20, 24x30
Cm: 8x10, 12x15, 40x50, 72x90

~5:7 (ISO aka International Standard Size) Ratio
A5, A4, A3, A2, A1
Inches: 5"x7"
Cm: 50x70

~11:14 Ratio
Inches: 11x14, 22x28
Cm: 11x14, 22x28, 44x56

If you used Apple Pay or logged in through an Apple ID, you may have chosen the option "Hide My Email" when first creating your account. This means Etsy would have emailed the download information to a random email and not your own.
