I am a large woman, and a size 36 waist required a size 3x. Once I had it on and adjusted properly it was quite comfortable. I would not normally wear a corset, however due to osteoporosis I have some issues in my back, and the corset is being used yo brace the area.

Beautiful corset, excellent quality. I bought it for under my wedding dress. I only wish it was svailable in one size bigger, for a 48-50 inch waist, so I don't have to tighten it as much to make the privacy panel close. 7x is about a 2xl Canadaian I'd say, it says 46"waist.. Still very happy. It shipped from the UK Canada post and came really fast, and is reasonably priced, shipping is a bit, but still to get a corset like this for just over $100, great deal. I will be buying again.
