Cute ornament but the string that comes with it is awful. It shreds and doesn't stay tied. However, the owner of the shop reached out to me and replaced the string free of charge. I really appreciate his efforts. 5* for customer service.

Seller's description

Specifications

May include: Round Christmas ornament featuring a black and white dog wearing a red Santa hat with the name "Bernie". The ornament is decorated with a wreath of green leaves, red berries, and snowflakes, and two red and white striped ornaments.

Unlike flimsy mass-produced holiday decorations, this one stays with a minimalist, high-quality aesthetic that keeps the focus on your pet. Elevating your seasonal setup is easy when you choose a custom bernedoodle ornament that captures the spirit of the season. Each personalized piece arrives with a gold-toned string and a glossy ceramic finish that makes your festive holiday decor truly shine.

When the holiday season arrives, finding a keepsake that feels authentic to your home and your four-legged family members becomes a priority. This design avoids the clutter of over-designed pieces, opting instead for a smooth, clean look that highlights the image. Whether you are adding a new memory to your collection or searching for a heartfelt gift for a friend, this item provides a timeless touch. It is lightweight, durable, and designed to look beautiful nestled among your evergreen branches or displayed on a mantle garland. The printing process, using high-quality sublimation techniques, ensures that the colors remain vivid throughout the years, keeping your memories bright season after season.

• 0.125" (3 mm) thick high-quality ceramic
• Circle shape with one-sided print
• Hole and gold-toned hanging string included
• Ornament measures 2.76" wide and 2.76" tall
• The hanging string is designed to look intentionally frayed at the ends

If you would like personalization, leave the name of your pooch in the note section, and I can add that custom touch to your order for you. This custom dog ornament is made for bernedoodle enthusiasts, dog lovers, and anyone looking for a christmas keepsake that feels meaningful from the moment it is unwrapped. Please note that the design may appear textured or three-dimensional in photos, but the ornament is smooth to the touch and printed in high-definition detail using professional sublimation methods.

• The hole height can slightly deviate from what is pictured
• The gold string comes included and is meant to be tied onto the ornament before hanging
• Once tied, it should be all set to display on your tree
• This item is crafted to last, avoiding the fading often associated with cheaper materials
• Each piece is inspected before shipping to ensure it meets my standards for quality

A LITTLE ABOUT STRADESIGNCO
StraDesignCo started with two Bernedoodles, Bernie and Teddi, and a pretty simple idea: create things that make people feel something. For me, that started with the ridiculous amount of joy these two dogs bring into our home. Bernie still has a habit of hopping onto my chest in the morning like he owns the place, and somewhere along the way I realized I wanted to turn moments like that into something creative. I'm Mark, the owner and designer behind StraDesignCo in Westminster, Colorado. What began with dog-inspired artwork has grown into a collection of art, gifts, apparel and keepsakes inspired by dogs, family, humor, faith and the little things in life that are worth holding onto. Today, more than 2,000 Etsy sales later, I still approach the shop the same way I did when I started it. I want you to open your order and feel like someone actually cared about what showed up at your door.

HOW MY DESIGNS ARE CREATED
Every StraDesignCo design begins with me. I combine traditional digital design with modern AI-assisted creative tools to develop concepts, compositions and ideas. From there, I personally refine the artwork, including details, color, lighting, texture and final composition before I approve anything for production. For physical products, I work with professional production partners who provide the specialized printing and manufacturing needed to turn my finished designs into high-quality products. Production-partner information is disclosed through Etsy on the applicable listings. Technology is part of my toolbox. The ideas, creative direction, decisions and final approval are mine.

THE STRADESIGNCO PROMISE
Your experience matters just as much to me as the design itself. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or simply isn't what it should be, send me a message through Etsy. You'll be talking to me, not a customer-service department, and I'll work with you personally to get it taken care of. I'm genuinely grateful every time someone chooses something I've created. Every purchase supports a small independent Colorado studio, my family, and two Bernedoodles who continue to take their positions as Executive Creative Directors far more seriously than necessary.

WHY THE NAME?
StraDesignCo = Strategy + Design + Colorado. A slightly unusual name for a slightly unusual little studio. Thank you for being here.
