Your child’s letter is individually written using the personalisation you provide and printed on luxury textured ivory paper in a beautiful handwritten-style font.

An official North Pole Nice List certificate personalised with your child’s name and printed on matching luxury ivory paper.

- Personalised North Pole Envelope**
The letter is presented inside a kraft envelope decorated with festive North Pole postmarks, tied with Christmas twine and finished with a genuine **Official North Pole wax seal**.

Please note: this is a real wax seal, so once the envelope has been sealed it cannot be opened and resealed.

The more detail you provide, the more personal we can make it!

🎅 How to order
1. Select your preferred options and any magical extras.
2. Enter your child’s personalisation details at checkout.
3. We’ll individually write and prepare their Santa letter and Nice List Certificate.
4. Your magical North Pole delivery will then be sent using tracked postage. 🎁

🎅 Delivery
**UK delivery only, excluding Northern Ireland.**

Tracked 48 delivery is included free of charge.

Please allow up to **2 weeks for your order to arrive**, particularly during the busy Christmas period. We strongly recommend ordering early to allow extra time for seasonal postal delays.

Your parcel will normally arrive ready for your child to receive, with their name on the outer packaging and a festive North Pole sticker.

🎅 Need to keep Santa’s delivery secret?
Simply leave a note with your order if you would prefer plain outer packaging addressed to an adult instead.

Because personalised items cannot be resold, we are unable to accept returns or refunds unless an item arrives damaged or there has been an error on our part.
