I am not responsible for you having an incorrect address listed.

If item has not been sent yet, please contact me to change postal data.

If item was shipped and you can not pick it up from the original destination adress I am not able to redirect it. If item needs to be resend, buyer is responsible for all shipment and item costs.

If item has been returned to Poland because of buyer not picking it up from the post office (within their regulations) and it has to be resend, buyer is responsible for all shipment costs.

I am adding a tracking numer to you order in the same day it was shipped.

Custom orders are NOT returnable.

All items must be return in original condition without any physical changes.
I make a refund the second day after receiving the return of the order. Any refunds be less shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

CANCELATION

I make a cancelation only before order was shipped.
Cancelation requests are reviewed individually.
It may takes 12 hours for me to make a cancelation.After cancelation is done portal will take care of your refund.

If you want your order to be canceled before it was shipped, contact me to cancel it and make a refund.
I claim the right to cancel order if I am unable to fulfil requirements by the customer or if there are issues with delivery chain.

Every listing has it's own processing time. Customer has to check it before ordering. When customer bought a product it means that buyer agreed to this processing time.

Shipment from Poland may take between 3-20 days to Europe and 10-40 days overseas.
Shipping delays may occour depending on weather, customs and postal issues. Please keep that in mind when ordering.

Custom items are made to order and will be created after purchase. Processing time may be a little bit longer than usual.

Items are made from polymer clay and gold or silver stainless steel. Some of my stud pairs are available with silicone stud or clip-ons.

To extend life of the product please remove before sleep, or bath. Do not treat with water. Make sure you keep them in dry place when not in use.
Please treat earrings gently, they may break if dropped, or bent.

Sizes and appearances provided in item description may slightly vary due to handmade technique. No two items are exactly alike.
