Update: The seller seemed more concerned about the negative review I wrote than actually helping. She reached out within minutes of writing a review, however, when I explained my dislike and asked what could be done if anything directly to her, she never responded (over a weeks time and with me reaching out a second time). While I was very happy with some things I purchased, this sweatshirt was not one of them. It is my fault for glazing over the fact it is a Gildan sweatshirt, as I would not have ordered if I’d read that, however, it still arrived dusty, linty, and with hair on it. Definitely disappointed in the lack of effort of fixing this.
