Damaged items during shipment

Due to the nature of these items, should the crystal be damaged during shipment please contact me with pictures of the damage and original packaging and I will gladly offer you a choice of a refund or replacement. NOTE without these pictures we cannot commence the refund or replacement process. There will be no refunds or replacements made if the damage is due to your negligence. Meaning improper hanging or use of the Crystal Suncatchers. It is very important to me that you are satisfied with your purchase, therefor, if you are displeased with your purchase please contact me within 7 days of delivery. All crystals now come in gift boxes to prevent damage during shipment. They are shipped inside of a bubble wrap envelope for extra security

What if I need more quantity than you have listed?

Items are custom made so please contact me if you want to purchase more than the quantity listed as available. I should be able to make more just for you.

We are based in Ireland and ship worldwide using AnPost. We use standard shipping with 90% of our orders unless you request and upgrade at checkout. •Shipment: 1-2 working days (usually 1 day) •Delivery Ireland: 1-2 working days •Delivery rest of world: 4-15 working days

Customs Charge or Import VAT

International shipments may be subjected to Customs fees, duties, taxes or VAT calculated and collected at the time of delivery which must be paid by the customer to insure delivery. Each country has its own rules and regulations so I am not able to provide any advice. In the EU packages are selected at random. All import fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer. If you choose to not accept the package and have the item returned, you will be refunded for the item only, as shipping charges are non-refundable. Please check with your local customs office for information if you should have any concerns. If you have any questions do get in touch.

Returns and Cancelations

We do accept returns and cancelations. Returns must be received back to me in the same condition which it was sent. If the item is damaged I cannot refund. A refund will be issued as soon as the item is received in its original condition. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs and will be refunded the price of the item minus is the shipping fee. Cancellations will be accepted before the item is processed and shipped. If an item has already been shipped and you wish you cancel the order you may follow the return procedure above. *Please note that there will be no refunds issued due to slow postal services. Delivery is delayed worldwide from all businesses and orders are arriving but just with delays.*

Please get in touch if there are any issues with your order. Delayed orders: If your order is delayed please message me directly so we can try to track it down. The best thing to do is to check with your local post office as they may have made a delivery attempt when you were not home and may be holding onto the package. Post offices usually do this for a few weeks until the package is returned to sender. If your order has not arrived contact me within 2 weeks of shipment. You will have received a shipment email when your order was dispatched so within 2 weeks from this date.
