It took a month and a half for the item to arrive which would have been fine if the shop owner had communicated to me about that but they were not very responsive and never gave me an accurate shipping estimate. The piece looks nice but it’s really not very well made, its a bench and I don’t feel comfortable sitting on it because the wooden bars bow and one has even come loose entirely. Definitely would not purchase from this store again.

This has been a horrible experience purchasing this chair. I had requested to pick up this chair a week in advance, to which he said it was okay, and the day I went to pick it up, he had told that the chair wasn’t ready — by then I had already rented a car. I asked if it would ready later in the day day, he said yes. Half to Philly, he said the chair wasn’t ready and can deliver on Saturday since he will be coming up to NY. He had been avoiding all my texts this past week in regards to scheduling the delivery on Sat, only to let me know that the chair STILL isn’t ready. It seems that when something goes wrong, communication is very poor and is unable to manage expectations.
