Amazing quality - my family and I were impressed by how sturdy the ornament felt and its shine. The photo on the ornament was printed clearly and the design at the back was elegant and tasteful. The Etsy Seller did a great job accommodating our request (we wanted a custom ornament to commemorate a new member of our family) and we loved the end result. They were also very communicative regarding delivery. It's a shame that the holiday season is over as this ornament makes a great gift, but I am sure the Etsy Seller has many other gift ideas for birthdays etc. I will certainly be ordering more from this seller; I'm currently eyeing some of their mugs.
