We are a company with operations in Ohio and Malaysia. We want every customer to be happy with their purchase.

1. All orders are sent to the Etsy address provided. Please note that it is your responsibility to update your current address when placing an order and to cover the costs associated with rerouting or reshipping to a corrected address.
2. We do accept exchanges within 7 days, however you have to contact us within 3 days of receipt for an exchange and the exchange must be completed within 30 days.
3. Store pictures may vary slightly from the exact piece you will receive. Please leave a note at checkout if you would like to approve pictures before shipment.
4. If your item is defective or damaged, we may offer you an exchange or a partial refund, but not both options. If you choose a partial refund, you are accepting your item "as is" and you will not be able to request an exchange once you have accepted a partial refund. If you choose to exchange your item for any other reason, a restocking fee no less than the cost of shipping and return shipping shall be added.
5. All shipments are with UPS Ground.
6. We strive to respond to all messages within 24 business hours. Please do not expect a response during the weekend or public holidays.

Returns and exchange details
Returns: If you have an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we may provide a resolution.
Return shipping costs are responsibility of the Buyer. A restocking fee of 20% or more may be deducted from your return proceeds. A free replacement can be provided if an item arrives defective.

Cancellation: If your item hasn’t shipped already, you may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing an order. After the cancellation period, but before shipment you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Damage: Please contact us within 3 days of receipt if your item is damaged.
Minor scratches, nail holes, wood knots, joint gaps less than 1/4” in width are consistent with reclaimed furniture and will not constitute as damage.

All damaged items that are deemed exchangeable will only be exchanged once the damaged item is returned.

All damaged items that are returned for replacement shall be returned in its original packaging or suitable packaging purchased by the buyer. Buyer is responsible for packaging a return and scheduling a carrier pick up with the pre-paid label provided by Seller.

Complaints: Please address your complaint through an Etsy conversation within 24 hours of receiving your item. We will try our best to resolve your complaint within 24 hours during the standard business week. Please do not expect us to communicate on weekends or public holidays.
