SIZES:
For a handmade bra made from linen (not stretchy), it is important that you find the right size. Please carefully review our size chart to choose the right size. Or note the bust and under bust measurements when placing order so I can make it exactly to your size.

How to measure:
1. Measure your under bust
Run a tape measure around your body just underneath your breasts. Make sure the tape measure is horizontal.
2. Measure your over bust with non-padded bra.
Run a tape over the fullest part of your breasts but not too tightly.
Example: if your under bust is 75cm (29.5 in) and bust is 90cm (35.4in) , your bra size is 34B.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Orders are made according to your specific measurements (not according to our size chart)
- Orders are made according to specific design requirements.
- Underwear.
- You did not give us the requested measurements.
- You chose the wrong size.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

- Do not bleach, soak, rub, or tumble dry.

SHIPPING:
Time to complete the products depends on order quantity, one item usually takes 3-5 working days. Shipping time will be 2-4 weeks depends on your place.
