Your order will be READY to ship in 5-7 business days, exclude weekends and holidays. A custom order is unique and can take longer. International orders can take up to 10-45 days delivery time once shipped, depending on your countries customs. Please contact me if you have any issues with your order with your order.

I carefully package your accessory in a cardboard box. If you order more than one piece, I will pack them together in one bag. If you need to add a gift box, please contact me.

If handwork item has already done I'll send in 1-2 days after payment confirmation. If item is marked as 'make to order' it will take from to 3 days up to 1 week to complete your order depends on item difficulty. Please contact me before order if delivery date is critical for you.

ATTENTION! Before Christmas the delivery time growing up +10-15 days for all countries, because the post offices are very busy. After December 1 I can not guarantee, that your purchase will be delivered earlier than Christmas.

Best to store sterling silver and gold filled jewelry away in plastic jewelry storing bags. Store jewelry away from heat sources and sunlight.
Store jewelry separately so as to not scratch other jewelry items. Pearls are best stored in a velvet pouch. Never store pearls in plastic bags.

Sterling Silver and Gold Filled Jewelry tarnishes naturally and requires occasional cleaning. Clean sterling silver, gold filled regularly with a soft polishing cloth to remove light tarnishing.
Do not use abrasive cloths or brushes which can scratch the surface.
For heavy tarnishing, use a commercial jewelry cleaning solution which can be found in many department stores. Follow the manufacturer's instructions very carefully. Do not use cleaning solutions, polishes and/or tarnish removers on pearls, gemstones, or oxidized silver jewelry. Necklaces with gemstones should be removed prior to bedtime, showering and swimming. These are delicate necklaces that must be handled with care.

Avoid wearing jewelry in chlorinated water or around harsh chemicals as it can severely discolor and damage jewelry as well as loosen stones and settings. Put jewelry on after using cosmetics, hair spray or perfumes to avoid contact with substances and chemicals that may cause damage. To avoid premature tarnishing do not wear jewelry while in water. Necklaces with gemstones, crystals or pearls should be removed prior to bedtime, showering and swimming. These are delicate necklaces that must be handled with care.
