I’m in the U.S. will I need to pay customs fees or extra charges?

Nope! The good news is that all original artworks and linoprints are exempt from import tariffs under HS Code 9702.90. That means there are no additional customs fees or hidden costs when your order arrives in the United States. Royal Mail does charge a small handling fee for international parcels, but don’t worry, I’ll cover that myself so your order stays simple and stress-free.

What’s changing with U.S. shipping after August 2025?

From 29 August 2025, new U.S. import rules mean that all parcels, no matter their value, will go through customs clearance. Everything is running smoothly so far, but there may occasionally be minor delays while customs adjusts to these new procedures (especially around the busy festive season). All orders are sent with full tracking, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

How long will it take for my order to be sent out

I usually dispatch all prints within 2–3 working days of your order being placed. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. International orders are sent Tracked (Standard), for extra peace of mind. Once your parcel is on its way, your tracking details should automatically update via Etsy, alternatively you can manually track your package using Royal Mail Track & Trace with the code listed on your order page.

Can I cancel or get a refund on my order?

I don’t offer refunds, but I do accept cancellations before your print has been dispatched. If your order has already been posted, I’m afraid it can’t be cancelled at that stage.

What if my print arrives damaged?

That’s very rare, but if it happens, please contact me as soon as possible with a few photos of the damage. I’ll do my best to help and find a fair solution. Every print is carefully packaged to prevent damage, but I completely understand that things can sometimes happen in transit.

I’m outside the UK, will I need to pay import taxes or customs fees?

It depends on your country’s rules. Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import taxes or customs charges that may apply. It’s always a good idea to check your local customs website before ordering.

Do you ship to the EU?

Unfortunately, I’m no longer able to ship to EU countries due to the new General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) that recently came into effect. These rules require every seller to meet new compliance and certification standards, which involve significant costs and ongoing paperwork. For many small independent artists and makers, including myself, it’s simply not financially possible to meet those requirements, especially when we only send a handful of parcels each month. I truly hope that these regulations evolve in the future so that small creative businesses can once again ship easily to the EU. I’ve always loved sending my art to European customers, and I wholeheartedly believe that art should be accessible to everyone, everywhere.

"Moonlight Flight" depicts a flock of birds flying in a moonlit starry night sky. It has been printed on a velvety 280gsm Somerset printmaking paper in the colour Antique using a technique called blind embossing. The process involves creating enough pressure on paper with the use of an etching press, to reveal the depth of the design, resulting in an enchanting minimalist sculptural effect. To enjoy the full effect of embossing, hang this print somewhere that catches light and shadow during the day.

‘Moonlight Flight’ is a limited edition print of 75 and measures at 24cm H x 20cm W

Each of my prints is lovingly handmade, printed either directly by hand or on a small press. Due to the nature of relief printing, each print is unique. Please be aware that every print is slightly different, and expect variations in colour, ink transfer and texture. All paper has been hand-ripped to size.

This print will be sent secured between two pieces of cardboard for safety. Postage to the UK is free and sent via Royal Mail, 2nd Class standard. International deliveries are priced according to location.
