What is included in my purchase?

Your purchase includes 3 files. 1. The Tutorial + Print at Home Pattern Pieces – meant for using with a home printer. 2. An A0 File – for printing at a copy shop. 3. A Projector File – meant for use with a projector (see blog post for more details)

How do I assemble my pattern?

Our patterns contain trimless pages. Match the corners with the corresponding letters in the circle and tape or glue in place. Once connected, each circle will measure exactly 1” (or 5cm).

How do I print my pattern?

All Sunflower Seams patterns feature layers. In order to use the layers function, you must use Adobe Reader from a computer or laptop. To see the layers, first click on the “layers” button located on the left side panel. Next, click on the “eye” icon next to each layer that you’d like to turn off. Be sure to leave the “MUST PRINT” layer selected! The orientation should be set to Auto. Please make sure that “choose paper source by PDF page size” is NOT selected.

How do I know if my pattern printed correctly?

Always check that you are printing at 100% or “actual size”. Print only the first page of the pattern to check the 1” (or 5cm) square with a hard ruler before printing the rest.

What is the return policy of Sunflower Seams?

Due to the digital nature of our products, Sunflower Seams patterns can not be returned or exchanged. All sales are final. However if at any time you are unhappy with a pattern, please email our team so that we can make it right.

Can I sell products made from your patterns?

All patterns are made and designed by Sunflower Seams. All designs are copyrighted 2021, all rights reserved, and are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may use our patterns for personal use, or small scale businesses. If you do use our patterns to create items to sell, we request that you please link our shop in your sales listings, giving us credit for the design. Products from our patterns may not be mass produced outside of the home on a commercial scale.
