These are 2.5 inch acrylic keychains, with an epoxy coating on the front for extra sturdiness. The back side will have a protective plastic covering on it, so be sure to peel that off for a nice, smooth, and shiny look! Keychains are double sided with the different expressions shown in the art on either side. All six keychains will have a classic ring to attach your keychain to whatever you like. :) This set is a collab between me and my partner, so it's extra special! <3

If the item hasn't been shipped out yet, just send me a message and I will be happy to get your address fixed! Once it has been sent out though, it is out of my hands. If the item is delivered to the wrong address and whoever receives it returns to me, I'll be happy to resend it to the correct address! Otherwise, it is out of my hands, as I have limited stock and can't send replacements for most of my items.

Unfortunately, packages are occasionally lost in the mail, despite efforts to prevent these losses. If your package has not arrived more than a week past the expected date, reach out to me with a help request, and I will put in a missing package search request on your behalf. If it is not found within two weeks of the search request, I recommend opening a case with Etsy, as packages lost in transit will usually qualify for a full refund.

If your item arrived damage, please send me clear photos of the damage within a week of receiving the item), and we can go from there. Sometimes, the perceived damage is easily fixable (ie protective plastic has not been removed from keychain so the surface appears to be scratched). If the item is damaged in an unfixable way upon arrival due to poor package handling during shipping, you may open a case with Etsy to get a refund.

The keychains were absolutely adorable, high quality and pretty big unlike other keychains I've seen so far, i was very impressed with thr overall product and I shop again. Highly recommend for a cute keychain or wanting to match with a friend.
