How my order will be shipped?

As soon as we prepare and pack your order, it will be shipped with Priority Registered Air Mail with a tracking number. After the shipping, we will send you the delivery details by Etsy message. You will be able to follow the process of your order. However, it depends on the recipient's country postal carrier conditions - not all countries support detailed online tracking!

How long will the shipping take?

The shipping takes differently, based on where the order is to. Please, check the chart below: ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES: EU: 3-5 business days Europe - Non EU: 3-7 business days United States: 1-2 weeks Canada: 1-2 weeks Australia and New Zealand: 2-3 weeks Everywhere else: 2-3 weeks These are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed. Some delays are always possible due to customs or around busy periods for the postal services such as Christmas Holidays. After your package is shipped, Koroni Creations is not responsible for delays in deliveries due to postal services, customs checks and other unforeseen situations.

Why the shipping cost for a few items gets higher?

The shipping cost depends on the total weight of all items in the order. This is why when you add more items, the cost becomes higher, adding some extra cost for each additional item. This process is automatic and in most of the cases it is calculated correctly. In case there are any shipping overcharges after your order is shipped, we will inform you and will refund them.

I missed to claim my package. What to do?

In some countries a recipient signature is required. If you were not at home at the time of delivery, the postal worker should have left you a note that there is a package for you. You can go to your local postal office and claim the package or call the postal service and ask for a redelivery. If in any reason you cannot claim your package, it will be returned back to us. If a package returns to us because being `unclaimed`, or because of the wrong address, or any other reasons, we will contact you immediately! If you want to reship your order, the shipping cost for the reship would be on your expense. If you do not want to wait for another delivery, we would refund you the items cost. The payment for the first shipping is not refundable!

What to do if my package get lost?

If your package is still missing after 30 business days after the shipping, please message us! We will contact the shipping carrier and will do our best to locate your order! In some cases you may need to contact your local postal services yourself. This is the best and fastest way to receive an information for your package. Please note that postal services do not consider a package `lost` before at least 30 business days have passed. Packages with tracking info that shows the item was delivered and signed for are not considered lost.

How to return an item?

In case you prefer to return an item, please message us first! We will give you an address to where you should send the item back. - return in 30 days after receiving it in its original conditions, without missing or cut parts or damages - return shipping cost is on buyer expense - only the item cost would be refunded. No shipping payments would be refunded! If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Products that cannot be returned: - custom made products - products, stocked by buyer request - products, purchased with a custom discount In case you prefer to return an item, please message us first!

Are your crystals and minerals genuine?

Yes! We use genuine crystals and minerals only. Some of them come from our country, others are imported from different countries all over the World. We work with certificated suppliers only so we can offer you the best quality available. Please note, as the used minerals are genuine, differences between the pictures and the actual product are possible. Each stone has its unique color nuance and color pattern and may vary. Our crystals are ethically sourced. We are committed to responsible sourcing and only work with suppliers who share our values. All our crystals are ethically sourced and procured with utmost consideration to the environment.

Crystals and minerals are said to have spiritual or healing properties. Also they work as reminders to take care for ourselves and our inner world.
