FAQ

Why are your rolls higher than others on Etsy?
I use a top professional print provider and premium heavyweight paper. That choice costs more to make, and I do not cut corners. Many shops switched to lower-grade production when costs rose. I chose to maintain premium materials and professional printing so your gifts look elevated and beautiful. If you value thicker, smoother paper with rich color and consistent results, these rolls are priced to reflect that quality.

Do you offer discounts on larger orders?
Yes, use the following code:

15OFF3ROLLS - Buy 3 rolls → save 15%

Matte vs Satin: which should I choose?
• Matte: premium heavyweight stock with a soft, ultra-opaque, vintage feel.
• Satin: the same heavyweight stock with a subtle sheen that keeps colors bright and true.

Why is shipping higher than I expected?
Wrapping paper is long and heavy and requires protective packaging so it arrives in perfect condition. Shipping is charged below actual cost and includes packaging designed to prevent damage.

What sizes do you offer and how do they compare?
Rolls come in 6-foot or 12-foot lengths

Holiday timing
Orders are fulfilled promptly. Holiday ordering closes on the first Thursday in December.

Second time I've ordered from this shop. The paper is great. I would rate as a 5* but the box arrived with a large dent. I didn't think it would affect the paper inside, but it did. The paper is fine, I will get out the iron and flatten the dented area and will work around it.
