All my headbands have the base band sewn in with additional soft padding for all day comfort. The base band is flexible and will stretch out to fit all head sizes. All my headbands fit younger tweens up to adult size due to the flexible headband inside the accessory. My turban stretch headbands also allow for 2 inches flexible sizing to fit all.

Do you offer Returns and exchanges

I make all my hair accessories to order, they are made from luxury delicate fabrics and fragile feather decorations. Due to hygiene and custom nature my accessories cannot be returned for resale. My non refund and exchange policy is also outlined at checkout and on your order confirmation. For colour matches to your outfit, please message me as I can send sample Remember the colour of my pieces will vary and will look different in an outside setting so do always opt for a sample or extra photo's if you are colour matching.

You make all your headwear to order what happens if I need to cancel

If you cancel within the 2 hour window you will receive a full refund. If I have made your item and you cancel after this period I will only be able to refund a percentage of the cost - 50% of the cost of the piece - to cover the materials and time taken to complete your item by hand

How can I find out when my order will arrive

All my headwear and accessories are sent via a premium tracked and signed delivery service - the tracking number will be located on your dispatch email or on your order located under purchases in your Etsy profile. If you are not at home to receive your delivery please rearrange delivery or collection - details will be on the card left by the courier service. I do not except returns on undelivered items which can sit in the postal system for long periods.

Delivery to a wrong or incomplete address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as orders are posted to the address provided. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied with the order, Once an item has been dispatched, cancellations or refunds are not possible due to address errors.

Who processes refunds on lost parcels ?

You’re buying a handmade item directly from me, but the order is placed through the Etsy marketplace so they manage the payment, Purchase Protection programme, customer support and dispute processes. If a parcel is delayed or lost, I’ll happily guide you through the steps, but Etsy requires buyers to use the Help with Order process and, if necessary, open a case within Etsy’s deadline. Unfortunately, sellers can’t open or escalate a case on a buyer’s behalf.

This Women's fascinator headband is carefully hand made. The headband has been covered in a complementary silk satin fabric and each feather has been attached within the seams of the fabric headband for a flawless finish. The head crown is light, soft and super comfortable and boasts a quality finish. it also features a beautiful handmade blusher veil with comb fixture.

The AI model is used for styling purposes only, to demonstrate how the item may look when worn. The headpiece shown on the mannequin is the actual piece and provides a true representation of its colour, texture, design and overall appearance.

PACKAGING
Each headband is wrapped in pretty acid free tissue paper, sealed with an Evierosemade brand sticker and shipped in an eco-friendly cardboard gift box to protect while in transit.
