We do care about nature and about ecology. All your orders will be packed in recycled carton boxes, each unit is packed in kraft paper. We also use natural paper filling, tissue paper and bubble wrap (for safe transportation). You can send us a gift message, and we will write it on a cute card and enclose it in a box.

Follow these instructions to maintain the quality and longevity of your wooden toys for years to come.
1) Do not submerged in water; it can damage the wood.
2) Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fading, drying, and cracking.
3) Clean with a damp cloth or sponge to remove dirt and smudges gently.
4) Steam cleaning method: steam steam cleaner from a safe distance to remove dirt and grime.
5) Colored toy parts can be washed under running water with soap, and then the product should be dried.

All of our products have a specified lead time indicated in their product description and on the listing. Please refer to the selected product to find the most current lead time information. We will ship all orders in a single package, so please be aware that if one of your products has a lead time of 2-5 days and another has a lead time of 2 weeks, they will be shipped within the timeframe of the longer lead time. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, orders within Poland usually arrive within 5-7 business days. International orders can take up to 25 business days, however parcels are often delivered within 10-14 days to Europe and 2-3 weeks for the rest of the world. Please allow adequate time before contacting us about your parcel's whereabouts.
