- All of our items are machine washable up to 30 degrees Celsius. Air dry. Do not tumble dry.

If there is a mixup up due to a fault on our end, for example, we send the wrong size or pattern, The Dizzy Dog Collar Co. accepts responsibility for the replacement and return postage of the item.
