What is the white stuff on the back of my towel and how do I remove it?

The white material on the back of the towel is called stabilizer. It is washable and comes off after washing. I do not wash the towels due to everyone having different detergent allergies. If you would like that off please wash the towel. Regular detergent and cycle. No bleach please. Thanks.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled up to 2 hours after placing them. After that mark your order has been counted and the materials for it have been purchased and the design has been started. If you would like to cancel after 2 hours there will be a 25% restocking fee. Restocking Fee: For cancellations or returns after production has begun (or where materials or time have already been committed), a restocking fee of 25% of the item’s purchase price will apply. The restocking fee covers the cost of materials, labor, packaging, and administrative processing incurred by the seller up to that point. The restocking fee will be deducted from your total items and not the shipping.

All items can be washed with like colors with whatever laundry detergent you have. DO NOT BLEACH!

Refunds/Replacements For Seller Mistakes

Refunds/Replacements for design flaws (to which include misspellings, wrong colors, or wrong item sent) will be granted ONLY with picture proof of item sent to the customer. Please send me a message and a picture so that I can validate that I did send the wrong item.

Refunds/Replacements for Buyer Mistakes

Refunds/Replacements for Buyer Mistakes will not be granted. This is to include you placed the wrong initials, misspelling of names, you would like a different color, or wrong address. I ask that you check the spelling and address before hitting submit order. You will have to repurchase the order if it is the buyers fault.

Items Are Returned To Me Through USPS/UPS

If your item is returned to me through the USPS/UPS mailing system the BUYER will pay the return shipping cost to have the item sent back to their address. If you provide the wrong address and the item is returned to me the BUYER will pay the return shipping cost to have the item sent back to their address.

Item says Delivered But Buyer Does Not Have The Item

It can be frustrating when this happens but it does happen. Here are my policies for refunds/replacement of items when they are "lost". 1. Sometimes the USPS will mark a item as delivered by accident when it really has not been delivered and they will deliver it the next day. I've had this happen to multiple customers and also to myself. 2. Please go to your local post office and talk to them. They can tell you the exact GPS coordinates of the package, where it was left at and also which carrier had it that day. 3. If they can not find the package that was marked delivered you will need to file a missing mail claim with your post office. Once I have a case number and a completion status I can send out a refund/replacement.

Item is "Lost In Transit"

Sometimes items get lost in transit through the USPS/UPS mailing systems. If your following the tracking and your item has not moved through the USPS/UPS system in a week please contact me. Most of the time it is just stuck at a distribution center, but sometimes it can be lost. I will do my best to try to find out where your package is. USPS does have a policy that you can not file a missing mail claim until 30 days AFTER the last known scan. That's when they will officially mark it as missing/lost. Once it is marked as missing/lost and I have a case reference number I will contact you and ask if you would like a replacement or a refund.

If you think that your package was stolen you will need to file a stolen mail report with your local police department. Stealing mail is illegal. Once you do that and they give you a reference number for the report I will issue a refund/replacement. I WILL NOT refund/replace without a police report and a reference number.

Why Do You Have So Many Rules for Refunding/Replaceing Items

Yes I do get this question and here is the answer. I'm not Amazon. I am a small business owner who makes personalized items. I can not resell a personalized item. It's a one in a billion chance that someone will order the exact color towel, with the exact initials/name and handle color as you do. Also it's really easy to say you did not get something when you really did. So that's why I have so many rules and I need actual PROOF that you did not receive the item before I will refund/replace.

This turned out to be a great towel for my new pickleball playing friend for her birthday. It was bigger and thicker than expected with a clip-ring to attach to her bag. Very nice. Just need to allow over 2 weeks to receive when ordering.
