Custom and personalised orders

You can provide your personalisation requirements in the relevant box when ordering - you can also include additional information in the 'Note to Seller' section which you will come across when going through the checkout process, but if you miss that don't worry! You can also send them via the Etsy messaging system once you've ordered :-) PLEASE NOTE: If personalisation is not provided with your order, I always get in touch to request the information - however if the information is still not available after a reasonable time then your order will be refunded in full.

Please check individual listings for despatch times as these vary depending on the time of year and current workloads.

When will I receive my order?

All of Etsy's estimated delivery timeframes are estimates only and NOT guaranteed, therefore please allow some flexibility, especially for time sensitive orders. All items within the UK with free delivery are via 2nd class mail, aimed at delivery within 2-3 working days of despatch, however these are estimates only and as this is a third party service it is not possible to guarantee delivery dates and there can be short delays. First Class post is also available if required. International shipping estimates are approx. 3-5 working days for Europe, and 5-15 working days for USA, Canada and Australia - however shipping times are not guaranteed and short delays can be experienced on occasion.

Combined Postage / Shipping

Shipping costs are always combined - simply add your items to your basket and the Etsy system will do the rest for you!

Can I send a card directly to the recipient?

Yes! Of course you can! Just choose the 'Post to Recipient' in the Post to Who? dropdown box and make sure you enter their address when completing checkout. Thanks so much!

International Returns

Returns for international orders are accepted for non-personalised items. International returns will be refunded, minus outbound shipping costs, on receipt of the returned order. Return shipping is also the responsibility of the buyer. The item must be in original, unused condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Your order should arrive with you within the timeframe specified when placing your order where possible, however these timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed as unavoidable short delays in the postal systems do sometimes occur, though this is thankfully rather rare. Missing orders must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Overseas customers - please be aware that you are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to your order.
