The seller was very communicative and confirmed the ornament before shipment! But when I got the ornament it has lines on it?

I received this ornament two-three weeks late. When I opened the package there is a black square printed on each ornament. It’s supposed to be a white background. They printed the frame of the picture on it, it looks like. Just completely disappointing experience with this shop and the quality with the black lines on the ornament was the cherry on top.

The seller was great about communicating. The item said it was ceramic but it is plastic. I was a bit disappointed in that. The graphics are great and my pet photo looks terrific.
