As our products are made to order, please allow 3 – 5 business days for production before shipping. By adopting this sustainable “on demand” business model, we reduce waste by limiting overproduction and help preserve our natural resources.

Shipping time is typically 2 – 5 business days. Our printing partner ships with multiple carriers (USPS, DHL, etc.). It’s a crazy world we’re living in these days…please be patient with any extended shipping times, especially around holidays. We do not currently offer expedited shipping. Please note that Brother Rat Supply Co. is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address or marked as delivered by the carrier. Our apparel is shipped utilizing 90% – 100% PCR (post-consumer recycled) plastic packaging. PCR is made from items that consumers use and recycle every day, like plastic bottles and food containers.

How can I get free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders totaling $75 and up (not including tax or shipping) using the coupon code BR1839 where indicated on the checkout page. Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate of $6.99.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items up to 14 days from the delivery date provided by the carrier (USPS, for example). The return shipping address is listed on the packing slip included in the package. Shipping charges will not be refunded on returned items. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and loss of value for any item not returned in its original, unused condition.
