Custom and personalized orders

We are happy to adjust sizes and materials based on our design. All custom orders are subject to 8-10 weeks lead time. (Restrictions may apply for oversized items.) We always look for ways to improve and refine our pieces. Items' dimensions, designs, finishes, and prices may change anytime. The estimates are valid for 30 days.

Materials and finishes

Each piece of solid wood we use is unique and distinctive. Due to the nature of the materials, the pictures shown are close representations only. Although we do our best to build each piece with precision, there may be an occasional small inaccuracy in measurements. Please let us remind you that items built in our shop are hand-crafted, and not factory produced.

Most of our pieces are finished with oil and wax to enhance the natural open-grained appearance of the wood. To clean the piece, simply wipe it down with a soft dry cloth to remove any dust in the direction of the wood grain. We recommend using coasters, however, in the event of any spillage, wipe all liquids as soon as possible. Solid wood furniture should not be exposed to direct sunlight, excessive heat, or moisture. Since wood naturally expands and contracts with the seasons, we highly recommend placing it in a climate-controlled indoor environment with stable temperature settings, away from sources of outdoor humidity and heat.

Shipping, customs and import taxes

We cover customs duties and import taxes on all shipments to the US. We add the 'Signature Required' option on all our shipments. Let us know if you would rather have your package left at your door. Please note, once you opt out of this option, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the shipment. Please do not delay in letting us know about any issues that occur during delivery. Photograph any item that arrives damaged for further inspection and keep the original packaging at all times. We will take them case by case and give our full attention to resolve promptly.
