Maker was patience, helpful, informative. He responded quickly and guided me through the process. When it was finished, he sent me VIDEO confirmation that it had been created. It was shipped quickly and well protected. If there comes a time where I don’t smoke cigars anymore, I can just remove the wood tray and this will become a journal carrier. Fantastic work!
