Timing - Each illustration is hand drawn by our in house artists so please allow up to 5 working days for the completion of you personalised illustration.

How do I send my photo?
Once you have placed the order, please send us a message with your name in the subject box and attach the reference image.

What do you draw?
We sketch from the perspective in the photograph and don't include any background. Be careful when choosing the photograph we draw - no squinting at the camera!

Can I check what you’ve drawn?
Yes, we'll email a digital proof before dispatch. We will require approval before we send out the order. We offer up to 3 amends to your original drawing. For further changes there will be an additional charge.
