Huichol is traditional, beaded jewelry made by the hands of skilled Indigenous Artisans of Mexico; who with much dedication and patience, create this colorful, vibrant, intricate jewelry, by using hundreds of tiny beads called “chaquira” and, a freehand weaving method using a single needle and thread that is learned during the early years of childhood.

This form of millenary art dates back many thousands of years and is correlated to the consumption of peyote (sacred cactus known as, híkuri) by our ancestors. While under its use, the Gods granted our ancestors visions and guidance; as a result, they were able to turn these visions into reality by using their gifts and talent to create unique, stunning pieces of art. They used striking colors, shapes, and symbols that allude to our ancestral culture: leaving their essence and souls behind in each piece they created.

At this time, I’m only shipping within Canada and US and will be using Canada Post as the delivery service. For US customers, once your package arrives in your country, your local postal service will take over. Please be informed that you may be subject to tax/duty fees, and it’s up to the customer to pay the applicable fees. Please keep in mind that delays are to be expected due to weather conditions and holidays.

Tracked Shipping Canada - takes anywhere between 3-5 business days and comes with a tracking number however, please be informed that sometimes, minor delays do occur.
