💜Will I receive a physical product?

All products in my shop are digital. You will receive a digital file immediately upon purchase.

💜How do I access my digital download files on the Etsy app?

Etsy currently does not allow you to download your digital files from the mobile app. You can access them by using the Etsy website on your computer, or by logging into Etsy through your mobile internet browser.

💜When I print out my patterns or clipart, why doesn't it match the colors on the screen?

Every printer will provide you with varying results depending on the brand and color settings. All of my artwork is designed in CMYK, so if you have an RGB printer the colors will vary. Also, digital screens display images in RGB color mode, thus may vary in what you see here versus what will come out of your printer.

💜What is RGB and CMYK

RGB stands for (red, green, & blue) some printers may use this color mode when printing (also depending on the type of printer they use), but it is mainly used for digital screens. For example my listing photos are viewed in RGB color mode on your phone or computer. So are photos you see on social media and the internet. As a result, colors appear brighter CMYK stands for (cyan, magenta, yellow, black). This color way is used most often in print production, household printers, and I use it to create my designs. This color mode often appears duller compared to RGB mode, but allows you to mix a wider range of colors when creating, and allows printers to mix a larger variety of colors when printing.

💜Will these files be large enough to meet my printing needs?

Absolutely! As a graphic designer I know the importance of great quality when you need to print your work. I design all of my files in CMYK color mode to match ideal printer settings. All of my files are saved to be large at 300 DPI (dots per inch) which means it gives you a higher resolution and a crisp look over blurry or fuzzy lines.

💜What if i need a different color mode than the ones you provide to meet my printer's needs?

I provide my files to you in CMYK color mode which is standard for printing, however some printers require RGB color mode to get the best results. After you've made your purchase feel free to reach out to me, and I can re-save them for you to best accommodate your printer needs!

💜Do you provide swatches of the colors used in your artwork?

Unfortunately I do not provide the color swatches with the final products you receive. If you're looking for a particular color so you can color match, send me a message and I'll be happy to provide you with the swatch!
