USAGE TIPS :

You can use it at room temperature, hot and cold.

- At room temperature: Squeeze the cushion to activate the lavender scent. Distribute the content at its 2 ends so that it fits. Apply it for 5 to 30 minutes.

- Hot: reheat it for 30 seconds in the microwave. Always check the temperature of the cushion before applying it to the skin or eyes.

- Cold use: place it in the freezer for 30 minutes in a freezer bag.
