What are the production and delivery times for my order?

We're proud to offer all our posters and canvases on demand. This means your order is specially produced and printed just for you as soon as it's placed! Generally, all orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a notification with tracking information. While we recommend allowing for the full processing time, many items are shipped out even sooner! Shipment of your order will usually take 2-10 business days. Carriers require contact information to get in touch about the delivery time, please provide your phone number and e-mail at check-out. You can follow your order via the tracking information that you will receive per e-mail as soon as your package has been shipped.

Where do we ship and what does it costs?

Your favorite product is delivered to your doorstep for FREE - our free shipping applies to all orders, no minimum purchase required. Posters are printed locally in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, and Canada. Canvas prints are printed locally in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and United Arab Emirates (Dubai). Because your artwork is produced and shipped locally, you don't have to worry about unexpected import duties or custom fees.

How are items shipped?

Our printing partners use as much as possible local shipping carriers. All posters and canvases are carefully packed to ensure safe transport during shipping. Posters are shipped in triangular kraft boxes to ensure safe delivery and avoid using plastic caps. Smaller posters (8x10″) are shipped in stay-flat envelopes Orders fulfilled in Australia are packaged in cylinder cardboard tubes.

What is your return/cancellation policy?

RETURNS Due to all items being printed to order, we cannot, offer a refund or exchange. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your items or your order arrived damaged in transit, please contact us via Etsy or e-mail (info@daringdutchdesigners.com) for assistance. CANCELLATIONS Products are automatically printed to order by our printing partner. If you realise you have made an error, please contact us via Etsy or e-mail (info@daringdutchdesigners.com) immediately, so that we can try to help. We cannot cancel or amend orders. This includes amending shipping addresses. We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect shipping address, though we do try to help where we can, when you contact us immediately.

My order arrived damaged, what to do?

First of all, sorry for the inconvenience. We take great care in producing, packaging, and delivering our products. Unfortunately, sometimes an order may get damaged during transit or arrive in less-than-perfect condition. If this happens, please contact us at info@daringdutchdesigners.nl and send clear photos of: 1. The damaged products 2. The packaging (whether damaged or not) We’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible to find a suitable solution! We're there to help!

How do sizes for triptych and diptych sets work?

The sizes listed for all triptych/three-piece and diptych/two-piece sets represent each of the three/two individual pieces that make up this triptych/diptych. So, for a triptych 12x16 inch print set, that means that each of the three pieces is 12x16 inch. If laid side-by-side they would measure 36 inches across.

Do you offer a framing option?

Yes, absolutely! In addition to our unframed posters, we also offer framed posters. Each framed product is professionally finished, so it's ready to hang. You can find the framed option for all of our posters on our website - daringdutchdesigners.com or in the section "Framing Service" on Etsy. Also your favorite canvas can be delivered framed! It truly stands out with our handcrafted floater frames, designed from sustainably sourced oak or solid hardwood. Available in natural oak, white and black.

How do I frame my prints without damaging them?

We suggest to unpackage the prints and let them rest for a day or two in a safe place. Another option is to lay them flat and place a book on each end, please make sure to do so on a hard even surface to prevent any creases. After that, framing will be much easier!

Will I be charged custom fees or import duties?

No! We work with trusted local print partners to produce and ship your order as close to you as possible, so you won't have to worry about unexpected custom fees or import duties. Posters are printed locally in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, and Canada. Canvas prints are printed locally in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and United Arab Emirates (Dubai).

Can I order my favorite design as a canvas?

Absolutely! If you've found your favorite design and would prefer it on canvas, just send us a message via Etsy or email (info@daringdutchdesigners.com). We'll be happy to provide more information about the available canvas options and answer any questions you may have.
