Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable objects and direct sunlight. For jar candles, allow the wax to melt close to the edge on the first burn to help prevent tunnelling. For decorative candles, remove all tags and ribbons before lighting and always place on a suitable heat-resistant tray, holder or coaster. Do not place directly on furniture or other surfaces, as fragrance oils and colourants may cause marking or discolouration. Decorative candles may drip while burning. Never move a lit candle. Trim the wick to 6mm before each burn. Burn for no more than 3–4 hours at a time.

Avoid dropping as it may break. Not dishwasher safe. Not microwave safe. Our homeware products are for decoration purposes and have not been tested for food safety. Whilst our homeware product is sealed with two coats of waterproof sealer, please refrain from submerging it in water. Spills from liquids or dripping candles may cause marks and stains. Promptly wiping away stains with a non-abrasive damp cloth and allowing it to dry thoroughly. Do not use strong cleaning products. For general maintenance, regular dusting or wiping with a dry cloth is recommended. If necessary, use a non-abrasive sponge or cloth with mild dish soap for gentle cleaning.

Air Freshener Care Guide

Car Air Vent Clip: Slowly attach the metal clip to the clip holder at the back of the air freshener. Gently hold the air freshener and securely attach the clip to your car air vent. Please avoid applying excessive pressure on the edge of the air freshener. Hanging Diffuser: Adjust it to a suitable hanging length and hang it on your wardrobe rack, wall, or car's rear-view mirror (ensuring you have a clear view while driving). Avoid placing the hanging diffuser directly onto your clothes as it may cause discolouration. Scented Artwork: Place the scented artwork onto the provided wooden stand, on top of a stable surface. To maintain the longevity of the scent, keep the scented artwork away from direct sunlight and excess heat.

Never leave a wax warmer unattended. Keep your wax warmer out of the reach of children and pets. Place your wax warmer on a stable, heat resistant surface away from flammable objects before lighting. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent melting and colour variations. Place your wax melts in a wax warmer or burner specifically designed for melting wax. Avoid adding water. Avoid leaving your warmer on for extended periods of time (max 3hrs at a time). You can reuse your wax melt until the scent has faded. Once faded remove wax residue and add a new wax melt. To remove solid wax from the warmer, turn on your warmer for less than 1 minute until the bottom surface of the wax melted. This will make it easier to pull out the wax from the vessel.
