We 100% understand the need for privacy and stealth! So we only ever use plain, unmarked brown padded envelopes or small boxes with no sign of what’s inside 🥰

All orders are posted on the same working day Monday — Saturday and all orders received after 4:00 GMT will be at the post office first thing the next morning! 🥰


For UK orders I use Royal Mail 2nd Class Postage with online delivery confirmation so most orders arrive within 1-3 days but this can be delayed at the busier times of the year!! ♥


All International orders are sent on Royal Mail Tracked + Signed with £50 Insurance and usually arrive within 5-7 days but can be delayed due to customs! ♥

We only use the highest-quality wood pulp for our paper, natural vegan Acacia gum for the sticky bit and natural-based food safe dye for the coloration of our coloured paper products.

Our papers are 100% natural based, 100% vegan, 100% GMO-free, and 100% food safe! 🥰

You will receive a shipping confirmation email from Etsy with a tracking number once your order is dispatched but you can also track your order through the ‘Order History’ in your account! ♥


As long as your order is pre-shipment, you can send a message or a request to update the address at any time.

While we aren’t able to divert your package to a new address once it’s left our warehouse, we do suggest contacting the carrier or your local post office to set-up a forwarding address for future shipments!

If you need to cancel then as long as your order is in pre-shipment, we can! Just send a message!

st bet is to first check with any roommates, neighbours, mail rooms, receptionists or any other people to see if they may have picked up the package for you! Also it could possibly be in a ‘safe place’ (ie. Behind a plant pot etc.)

If the shipping address that you provided is accurate and you’re not able to hunt down the package, you should first try talking to your local post office to see if they might have it.

Sometimes packages accidentally get marked “Delivered” up to 36 hours before the actual delivery even though they are still waiting at the post office.

If none of this is successful please contact us for detailed instructions on how to file a claim.

Unfortunately we can’t be held responsible for damages caused by the postage carrier.

If your package is delivered intact but your product is damaged, please submit a request within 7 days of delivery for a replacement with pictures of both the box and the product.
Replacement requests are subject to validation and approval at Daily Grinds discretion.

We can’t be held responsible for any damages to any merchandise once the item has been used, worn, or washed.



If your order is incorrect, please email with images and description of the incorrect item and packaging within 7 days of delivery. This helps us understand what went wrong, how it happened, and genuinely helps make sure we prevent similar issues from ever happening again ! ♥
