We ship through regular economy mail. We choose regular economy mail to keep shipping costs down. NOTE that Track & Trace not is included in the regular economy shipping price. We are happy to include it on your cost, please contact us if this is the case.

Track & Trace gives us the opportunity to track the package once it is shipped and gives insurance if the package is lost on the way. Insurance is according to international regularities. Often the total value of your items is not covered completely by the insurance. That is the same all over the world.

If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping we cannot be held responsible.

When shipping with economy mail there is no insurance included. Shipping with Track & Trace includes some insurance but it is the recipient (buyer) that has to file a complaint if anything is broken. If you experience receiving a parcel shipped with Track and Trace that has been damaged, take photos of the package and take photos of the broken items. They will come in handy when you file a complaint at your postal office.

Yes, if you buy more items from our shop, please inform us, so we can give you a combined shipping price. Shipping prices are always dependant on the total weight of the package.

Vintage items are worn by time as they are old.

We strive to sell vintage items in very good condition. If our items have wear and tear we will do our best to describe the condition and include pictures.

If your item should get lost in the mail we cannot be held responsible for that. You should choose to have your item shipped with Track & Trace if you are worried for loss. Track and trace will always be an additional cost if the item weighs less than 5 kilos. Contact us if you want Track & Trace.

We are happy to make reservations on items. A reservation is active for 48 hours.
