We are based in Michigan where our neons are designed and our neon signs are manufactured in China and Austin, Texas. Where your sign will be made depends on the specifications and requirements of your sign. If you specifically want your sign manufactured in the USA, please reach out for a custom quote. Once our neons are created they undergo rigorous testing and are Rohs and CE approved!

We offer a 1-year warranty on any manufacturing faults or defects and will repair or replace your neon if needed. However, here is our shameless plug for having a 100% quality record to date! 👏🏻

Fun Fact: They're both GORGEOUS! Cool white has blue cool undertones to it, so it appears clean, crisp, and bold. Warm white has warm undertones of yellow, so it appears creamy and romantic.
