Choose the version you prefer and play it at a comfortable volume. Keep music or nature sounds soft enough to sit in the background. You do not need to turn it up to make out the words. Make listening part of a routine that suits you, and take breaks whenever you want. For the Theta versions, use stereo headphones to hear the left and right channels separately.

HOW YOUR DOWNLOAD WORKS
