Are your materials ethically sourced?

Your Diamond Gal only works with gemstone suppliers that are committed to providing ethically sourced or “conflict-free” natural earth-mined diamonds.

Can you make custom designs?

Yes. Expert jewelers with decades of experience are ready to design the custom piece of your dreams. Get started on designing your one-of-a-kind engagement ring or piece of jewelry by sharing your preferences on our custom jewelry form. We recommend setting a budget prior to beginning the process in order to ensure a smooth transaction and more accurate assistance. A customer service representative will contact you to discuss details and establish timelines. Your Diamond Gal can also provide a virtual 3-D rendering of the custom piece prior to its construction.

Do you offer engraving services?

Your Diamond Gal offers engraving on select merchandise.

How can I store my jewelry?

Natural stones and precious metals are known for their resilience. But maintaining their quality and integrity is essential to extending their lifetime. When not wearing your jewelry, we recommend storing each individual piece in a soft pouch or box to prevent it from scratching or tarnishing.

How can I clean my jewelry?

Clients are often stunned at how quickly a cleaning can improve the shine and sparkle of their fine jewelry. A professional cleaning is recommended at least once per year. More regular cleaning and maintenance is recommended for clients who are active or do not remove their jewelry often. We recommend taking your fine jewelry to a local jeweler for professional cleaning services. A variety of at-home cleaning products are also sufficient for regular maintenance.

How can I care for my jewelry?

Over time, natural body oils, soaps, lotions and fragrances can alter or damage the quality of fine jewelry. Always remove jewelry before bathing and applying products to the skin. If you are sensitive or allergic to metals, hypoallergenic options are available in platinum. Reputable jewelry retailers are able to tighten diamond and gemstone settings as necessary. In addition, white gold may need rhodium plating, as its luster tends to dull over time.

What sets "Your Diamond Gal" Apart?

With more than 40 years of experience in the jewelry industry, Your Diamond Gal has developed trusted relationships with some of the best suppliers in the field who provide high-grade, ethically sourced diamonds, gemstones and precious metals direct to the consumer. Your Diamond Gal offers a range of exceptional fine jewelry for wholesale prices while maintaining value and quality.

What is your warranty?

Every Your Diamond Gal purchase comes with a 100% money-back guarantee as well as a "fine jewelry guarantee". Your Diamond Gal offers a 365-day warranty on all purchases. While we stand by the exceptional quality of our products, manufacturing defects may occur. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us with a description and any photographic evidence of the damage within 3 calendar days of receiving the item(s). The 365-day warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or loss. Repairs or services performed on Your Diamond Gal purchases by a third party will void any warranties.

What is your fine jewelry guarantee?

Every item sold by Your Diamond Gal is guaranteed to be authentic fine jewelry. Each piece is composed using precious metals, such as gold (14K, 18K, 21K, 22K, 24K) and platinum (950). All diamonds are natural earth-mined diamonds, ethically sourced, always conflict free and are graded using the GIA’s 4Cs of diamond quality. All gemstones sold by Your Diamond Gal are considered natural. All products are stamped with corresponding hallmarks indicating gold and platinum quality and purity.
