Most items are handmade just for you & your dog. This means the items you ordered are likely not in stock & have to be made for you. We process & make orders as quickly as possible in the order in which they're received.

Current production time is 1-2 business days for dog collars, bow ties, and leashes.

To keep your collar and accessories looking their best, please follow the following care instructions.

Dog Collars - hand wash or machine wash cold, hand washing is recommended, air dry, DO NOT TUMBLE DRY, warm iron as needed.

Leashes - hand wash or machine wash cold, hand washing is recommended, air dry, DO NOT TUMBLE DRY, warm iron as needed.

Bows/Bow Ties - spot clean, air dry, do not machine wash, do not tumble dry.

Store all dog accessories out of reach of all pets and children.

Be mindful of your environment and places where your dog's accessories can get snagged or caught on things.

All orders are attractively packaged/wrapped and ready to give as a gift!

If you need a particular item packaged separately from the other items in your order, please make a note to me at the time of order.

It is solely the buyer's responsibility to measure and choose the correct size.

There are no refunds or exchanges if you order the wrong size.

• Measure around your dog’s neck with a fabric measuring tape. If you don’t have a fabric measuring tape, use a piece of non-stretchy string and measure the string with a ruler.
• Add 1" to your dog's measurement.
• Order the size collar that puts your dog's measurement in the middle. For example, if your dog's measurement is 16", order a collar that is 13-18".
• Please do not guess your dog's neck measurement, please measure your dog's neck.
• Please do not measure your dog's collar, please measure your dog's neck.

We expect that your collar & leash will last several months to several years but this depends on the activity level of your dog & how you use your collars & leashes.

Our collars & leashes are made with soft cotton fabrics wrapped around a strong nylon webbing core.

The nylon webbing core will last for years as long as it is not aggressively chewed on. We recommend that you keep all your dog accessories out of reach of your dog when they are not in use.

The fabric, which is the pretty part on the outside...well, it's fabric.

If it gets snags on something sharp, it will tear. If it gets chewed, it will tear.

Unfortunately, all collars and leashes are wear items that don't stay brand new forever.

Domestic Shipping: (USPS may require more time to ship due to COVID 19. You may experience slower or delayed shipping times.)
• Standard USPS First Class should only 3-7 days but realistically can take 15 days. This shipping time's not guaranteed by USPS & could take more. USPS can & has taken up to 1 month to deliver.
• USPS Priority takes 1-3 days depending on where you're located. This shipping time's not guaranteed by USPS. USPS can & has taken up to 1 month to deliver Priority shipments.

Once we hand your order to USPS, it's out of our hands & we have no control over their delivery time. We are not responsible for USPS delivery times.

Angel & Lily designs & constructs each product with love & care for the safety & comfort of your pet.

It's 100% your responsibility to keep your pet safe by only using products that are appropriate for your pet & use them as they're intended. It's also 100% your responsibility to inspect all products to make sure that they're not worn out & they are safe because as you know, dogs like to play rough and chew on stuff. Our products are not chew proof.

Please provide proper supervision your pet is wearing accessories.

Remove all accessories before crating your dog.

Angel & Lily products aren't safe to use with tie outs/tethers or for walking large, aggressive pullers or heavy chewers.

We are not liable for any damages or losses.

Please place your order 1 month in advance for wedding, special event, photo shoot orders or any order with a deadline.

Although we process all orders pretty quickly, USPS can take up to 1 month to deliver due to USPS delays. We, unfortunately, can do nothing to predict, guarantee or speed up your delivery.

We strongly encourage you to request fabric swatches - which are free.

We strongly encourage you to remove all old addresses from your Etsy account before placing an order.

Check your shipping address carefully as there are no refunds or remakes if your order is delivered to an incorrect address provided to us by you at time of checkout.

We will only ship to the address that is provided to us at checkout. If you have provided us with an incorrect shipping address, we will promptly cancel your order and issue a refund so you can re-order with the correct address.
