What a lovely item. So incredibly soft and the emboridery is beautiful. The seller is amazing. The product is from China, so delivery took a few weeks to the UK, and when I chased it up I got a caring response immeditately. In the personalisation box I told her all about my new car and her ladybird theme, cheekily asking her to maybe add a few details. The product arrived cutely packaged with a few ladybird charms!! I am very happy, and if you are on the fence about purchasing- DO IT! Very great price, service and product :)
